Once this stage has been completed, we will make you a “Formal Offer”. In total we would expect the process from Agreement in Principle to the issuing of a Formal Offer to take between 1 day to 2 months, depending on the complexity of the project and the collateral being offered up as security.

 

For Bridging Finance and short term funding, which is secured on real property, we would expect to issue and Agreement in Principle within 24 Hours and to issue a Formal Offer within 7 Days.
